COVID-19 Response Update: 7th April 2020
COVID-19 Response. We continue to work remotely to support customers in the design phase of their builds. The production of guitars continues at a slower paces due to reduced staffing in the factory. We are also experiencing some shortages of stock which is affecting some builds. New stock we have ordered is sitting in warehouses, and we expect it to arrive as soon as the locks down eases. Any clients who are affected by this have been informed.

COVID-19 Response Update: 23rd March 2020
Following government advice regarding COVID-19, and in an effort to protect our colleagues and clients, we have taken the decision to close the factory for all staff. Due to the location of the factory, Carl will be working alone to keep things ticking over. The rest of the team will be working from home and continuing with new designs, customer support and marketing. We cannot receive clients at our office until further notice.
This will obviously have an impact on production, but we will update clients on progress and updated delivery times.

COVID-19 Response Update: 19th March 2020
The COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for people and companies around the world. As a family run business we are in the fortunate position to be able to continue to support you, albeit in a slightly reduced capacity. Those of us who can work from home are. We have limited the people working in our factory in order to keep the team safe.
As most of our interactions are on-line, our design consultations and production communications are continuing as usual. We use Whatsapp, Skype, Facetime, GoToMeeting and the good old phone to run these design and update sessions.
We have introduced additional measures, including the wearing of masks and gloves to ensure finished guitars are as free from potential contaminants, such as COVID-19 and coronavirus, as possible. I must say though, that tuning is a real challenge while wearing gloves… Current research states that the coronavirus can survive up to five days on surfaces. We will ensure that once guitars are packed, they will only be shipped after three to four days, so any potential contamination will not be active by the time it arrives at your door.
Due to the work from home policies announced in several countries, we have noticed a considerable increase in requests for on-line consultations. To help us manage this, we are introducing an on-line booking system. This will ensure that we can accommodate as many people as possible. More details will be forthcoming over the next few days.
It’s a difficult time, but we are focussing on what we can do now, rather than on what we can’t. I apologise in advance if our service is slightly slower than usual. Please let me know if there is anything you need or we can help with. (apart from toilet paper that is…). Click Here
Stay safe and use the opportunity to work from home to spend some quality time with your guitars.
